Understanding the library

After logging into Infogram, you will see the library where all your projects are located. If you belong to a team (available with our Team and Enterprise plans), you can switch between individual and team libraries. Explore the image below and see what each category means.

1. Library switcher

   If you're part of a team (the option is available with Team and Enterprise plans), use this drop-down menu to switch between the private library and team libraries. 

2. Folders

   All projects: this is where you can view all of the projects in your library. By default, they appear from latest to oldest.

   + New Folder: Click here to create a new folder. It will automatically be added to the bottom of the list. Learn more in the article about creating and managing folders.

   Trash: The trash folder is where all of your deleted projects are stored 30 days after being deleted from your account library. Learn more in the article about deleting a project.

3. Analytics

   Find data on the performance of your published content: views, viewer location, embed views, on-screen rate, and interaction rate. For more, read the article about Engagement Analytics.  

4. Manage teams

   Here, you can access your team account settings, invite or remove team users, see team activity, as well as find Google Ananlytics tracking code and create API tokens. For more details, read the article about managing teams.

5. Branding

   Subscribers of our paid plans can use this section to upload images and fonts, as well as set up a custom color palette, custom fonts, and customize their branded public profile. Read more on Branding here.

6. Create a new project

   Click on one of the template project shortcuts or the responsive web and mobile layouts shortcut to start creating. You can choose from a selection of free and premium templates (unlock premium templates with any of our paid subscriptions). After selecting a project, use the search bar or the left-side panel to browse through the available templates. 

7. Account settings

   Access your account settings to edit your profile, see billing details or subscribe to a new plan, change your account language, and find our latest product updates. To learn more about customizing your account, read the article on managing your Infogram account settings. 

8. Filter and search project library

   Filter projects by share status, alphabetically by title, or by tags. Change project view to list or thumbnails. Use the search bar to find projects by title, keyword or project ID.  For more, read the article about using filters.
