After logging into Infogram, you will see your library where all your projects are located. If you belong to a team account (available with our Team and Enterprise plans), you can switch between individual and team accounts to access both libraries. Explore the image below and see what each category means.
- Team switcher
If you're part of a team (the option is available with Team and Enterprise plans), you will be able to open a drop-down menu to switch to a different team account library.
All projects: this is where you can view all of the projects in your library. By default, they appear from latest to oldest.
+ New Folder: Click here to create a new folder. It will automatically be added to the bottom of the list. Learn more in the article about creating and managing folders.
Trash: The trash folder is where all of your deleted projects are stored 30 days after being deleted from your account library. Learn more in the article about deleting a project.
Find data on the performance of your published content: views, viewer location, embed views, on-screen rate, interaction rate. For more on analytics, read the article about Engagement Analytics.
- Manage teams
Here, you can access your team account settings or purchase a Team plan. For more on editing team settings, read the article about managing teams.
Subscribers of our paid plans can use this section to upload images and fonts, as well as set up a custom color palette, and customize their branded public profile. Read more on Branding here.
- Content library
Use the content library to manage all of your images, icons, GIFs, and other graphics in one place. You can browse through all of the visual content available on Infogram, as well as upload files, and manage your favorites. Read more in the article on using the content library.
Click on one of the template project shortcuts or the responsive web and mobile layouts shortcut to start creating. You can choose from a selection of free and premium templates (unlock premium templates with any of our paid subscriptions).
After selecting a project, use the panel on the left to browse through the available templates and charts, and select one that suits your purpose best. Click on colors to filter themes by color and preview templates when hovering over them.
Filter projects by share status, by title, by creation date, search by keyword and by the author (in teams), or use tags. For more, read the article about using filters.
- Account settings
This is where you can create a team or add a team member. You can also access your account settings to edit your profile or your subscription, subscribe to a new plan, change your account language, and find our latest product updates.
