Who can use this feature?
Analytics is a powerful tool that lets you track how your published content is performing. Instead of building an infographic or report and hoping for the best, now you can measure the metrics that matter most, from the big picture down to the tiny details.
Analytics gives you access to:
- Views and viewer demographics (Business plan and up)
- Engagement and shares (Team and Enterprise plans)
- Interactive clicks and hovers (Team and Enterprise plans)
Read the definitions below to understand what your data means. You can access analytics in the left side panel in your account library or in the drop-down menu above your project editor.
Views and viewer demographics
-
- Date range: You can access and view how your projects are performing during a select period: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 60 days, Last 90 days. You can also select a custom date range. Select the Start Date and the End Date in the calendar, then click Apply.
- Total views: The number of total views your projects have gotten over a set time period. This includes the number of times your project embed has been loaded on a page or opened as a URL link in web view.
- Desktop, Mobile, Tablet: The percentage of project views by a device. An increase in views on that device will be indicated in green, with decreases displayed in red.
Example: If you’re looking at data for the Last 7 days, the device percentage will be compared to the previous 7 days.
- Viewer location: The number of viewers per country, over a select period of time.
Engagement and shares
- Projects: The number of publicly or privately published projects that collected engagement and shares over a select period of time.
- Average on-screen rate: How often your project appeared on-screen, including during scrolling.
- Average interaction rate: The percentage of viewers who interacted with your project, including tooltip hovers and clicks on charts, maps, legends, tabs, hyperlinked images, icons, and shapes.
Note: If your project does not contain any interactive content, this metric will be zero.
- Share-button clicks: How many times the Share button has been clicked within your project from the web view or embed.
