Looking to upgrade your account to a paid subscription or a higher plan? Great! You’re only moments away from unlocking more features in a few simple steps. This article provides information on how to:
Purchasing a subscription
- Go to your Account settings by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner of the library.
- Click on the Plans tab, and choose which subscription plan you want to start using by clicking on Upgrade.
- Once you choose a plan, you will be asked to provide your billing details. Choose an annual or a monthly subscription, and enter your card details or pay with PayPal. If you want to receive an invoice, enter your company name, VAT number and address.
Note: We accept all major credit and debit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, and Maestro, as well as PayPal.
- When you've finished completing the form, click on Upgrade now to finalize the process. If you do not see the upgrade in your account, refresh the page or log out and back into your account.
Upgrading your subscription plan
- Go to your Account settings by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner of the library.
- Click on the Plans tab, and choose which subscription plan you want to upgrade to by clicking on Upgrade.
- After selecting a new plan that you want to upgrade to, you will be taken to a new page where you can finalize the process by clicking on Upgrade. Take into account that by upgrading your account to a higher plan or an annual subscription, you will have to pay the prorated difference, not the full price.
Note: You can upgrade your account only to the same subscription type or higher. E.g. it will not be possible to switch the subscription from an annual Pro plan to a monthly Business plan. To do this, you will need to cancel your subscription and upgrade after the expiration of the billing cycle.
