If you don’t plan on using the paid Infogram features anymore or wish to stop the subscription from automatically renewing on the next billing cycle, you can cancel your license at any time.
Cancel your subscription
- Click on the Account settings icon in the top right corner of your library, then select Billing.
- Click on the Manage subscription link. A form will appear with several options. Choose Cancel my subscription.
- You will then be informed about the features that will become unavailable after downgrading your plan. Should you wish to continue with canceling your subscription, select Cancel subscription.
Your subscription is now canceled and will be valid until the end of the billing cycle. You can check the exact date under Plan and period. All your card data will be deleted from your account at the end of the billing cycle.
What will happen after the subscription ends?
After the subscription expires, you will be using the Basic, free plan. All your content created while using the Premium plan will remain as it is, however, you will lose several features depending on the plan you were using before.
When downgrading from the Pro plan to the Basic plan:
- the library size will shrink to 10 projects – all projects exceeding this limit will be locked and inaccessible for edits
- the option to download projects as images will be lost
- it will no longer be possible to share content privately, as all newly created projects will be publicly available
- you will no longer have access to premium templates
- only the free maps (13) will be available to be used in projects
- the library of available graphics (images, icons, etc.) will decrease significantly.
When downgrading from the Business plan to the Basic plan:
- all of the above plus
- the option to add your own logo will be lost with the Infogram watermark reappearing on all template projects
- basic analytics (tracking project views and viewer locations) will no longer be available
- the option to access version history and restore any edits will be lost
- it will no longer be possible to add links to chart elements, maps, text, images, and link between pages.
When downgrading from the Team plan to the Basic plan:
- all of the above plus
- it will not be possible to work in teams anymore, including real-time collaboration
- the option to comment on projects and give feedback directly on the canvas will no longer be available
- engagement analytics (basic analytics plus engagement tracking, share clicks, tooltip hovers, and clicks on tabs, legends, and objects) will not be available
- it will not be possible to create tracking links for different audiences.
When downgrading from the Enterprise plan to the Basic plan:
- all of the above plus
- you will lose the option to use custom-made themes on your projects
- it will not be possible to download your projects as interactive HTML files.
