Tired of project clutter? Learn how to create a clear folder system to manage and move your projects efficiently.
Creating folders and subfolders
- In the left side panel of your Library view, click New folder.
- Enter the folder title and confirm by hitting Enter. The folder will be automatically added to the bottom of the folder list. The order cannot be changed.
- To add a new subfolder, click the 3-dot button and select New subfolder. You can add subfolders within subfolders, creating a folder structure with up to 4 levels.
- To rename, delete, or move a folder into another folder, use the 3-dot button.
Note: Deleting a folder or subfolder will also delete all projects it contains. Learn more about deleting and restoring projects in this article.
Moving projects to a folder
To move a project into a folder, in the library view, drag and drop the project thumbnail into the folder on the left side panel.
To move multiple projects at once:
- Check the boxes at the top-left corner of the projects' thumbnails, click Move to, and choose the folder.
- Select Copy or Move. If you select Copy, a copy of the project will be created in the respective folder, but if you select Move, the project will be moved into the folder.
Note: You will find a list of all projects by clicking All projects on the left side panel. Even when you place a project into a different folder, it will still be listed here.
