Who can use this feature?
When you've finished creating your Infogram project, you can download it as a static PNG, JPG, or PDF file, and as an animated GIF or an MP4 video file; subscribers of the Enterprise plan may also export HTML files for hosting on servers. Bear in mind that downloading is a paid feature, and the free plan will only allow you to share your content on the web.
Downloading the whole project
- Click the Download button in the top right corner of the editor.
- Choose one of the available options:
High quality (PNG): to control image quality and size.
For web (JPG): to download a lightweight file, perfect for the web.
Print/Vector (PDF): ideal for print and vector graphics. A transparent background is available.
HTML/CSS (ZIP): to keep the interactivity, host the projects on your servers or archive them.
Animated (GIF): to download an animated GIF file that can be shared on social media.
Video (MP4): to download a video file with animations. You can read more on video downloads in the article on downloading your projects as MP4 videos.Pro tip: Use the panel on the right to enable Transparent background or change the file size in the Quality/Size multiplier dropdown. If you're downloading a GIF or a video, you can set its size and duration here. - Click the Download button on the right and wait for the file to export.
Downloading a selection of pages
If you've created a project with multiple pages, you can select which ones you wish to download.
- Click the Download button in the top right corner of the editor.
- Use the panel on the left to select the pages you wish to export in a single file.
- Click the Download button on the right and wait for the file to export.
Downloading a selection of objects
You can also download specific parts of your content without the need to download the whole project or an entire page.
- Left-click on the canvas and select the objects you wish to download by dragging the mouse cursor over them.
- Right-click on your selection and click Export as...
- Then select one of the available options (PNG, JPG, PDF, GIF, or MP4) and wait for the file to export.
Downloading a single object (including GIFs)
- Right-click on the object you wish to download.
- Click Export as... and select your download format: PNG, JPG, PDF, GIF, or MP4.
