With a paid Infogram account, you can publish your projects on your own terms. All new projects start as drafts, and you choose how to publish them by sharing either a private link (not indexed by search engines and optionally password-protected) or a public link (indexed and discoverable online).
Here's how to publish a project:
-
Open the project in the editor and click on the Share button in the top right.
-
If your project is a draft (not yet published), in the Share panel, you can choose to publish your project as Public on the Web or Private (to publish privately, click to Enable private link).
-
Once your project is published, you can access the external view link, embed codes, create tracking links, share on social media, edit the project's title, and add a description to improve your project's SEO.
All publicly published projects are indexed by search engines and can be found on Google by their titles. Public projects appear in your public Infogram profile.
If you're a paid subscriber, you can also hide your profile. To change this setting, switch to My private library and select the Personal tab at the top. Here, you can make your Public profile Hidden or keep it Public and view it through the link available on this page.
Privately published projects will not appear on your public Infogram profile and will not be indexed by search engines, unless you embed them on a website. In such cases, the project will be searchable and indexed on the website it is embedded.
- For privately published projects, you can also add password protection. To set a password, scroll to the bottom of the Share panel, select Set password, and enter your password.
-
You can check a project’s status by hovering over its thumbnail in the project library—the status icon appears in the bottom-left corner. You can also filter projects by status (Draft, Public, or Privately shared) using the Filter dropdown at the top of the project library. Below are the status icons and their meanings.
The project is a draft, not shared with anyone. Only you and your team members can see it in the library.
The project is shared privately with a private URL and may be password-protected. If embedded, it may still be indexed by search engines and appear in Google results linking to the website where it is embedded.
The project is public. It is visible in your public Infogram profile, has a public link, is indexed by search engines, and can be found on Google by its title and description.
