You can manage your Infogram subscription and invoices from your account’s Billing and invoices section, where you can view your plan, update payment details, cancel your subscription, and download invoices.
- Expand the dropdown in the upper-left corner of the main dashboard.
- Select Billing and Invoices.
- On the Plan and Payment tab, you can check the type of subscription your account has, the next billing date, and the price.
- Here, you can also Upgrade your subscription or Cancel it. The Cancel button will direct you to the cancellation flow; make sure you complete the flow to cancel the next renewal.
- To update your payment method, click Change under Payment method. Choose between a credit card or a PayPal account and enter the new payment details. Then click Save changes. Any updates to your payment details will be used for the next renewal.
- To update your billing address, click Edit under Billing details. Enter your company name, address, VAT number, and country, then click Save changes. The new address will appear on the next invoice.
- Select the Invoices tab on the left to download your invoices as PDF. Here, you can also enable the Send invoices by email setting to receive invoices at your registered email address.
