By default, every new map added to your project is a Heatmap. This means that areas of the map are assigned color shades according to the numerical values from the second column of your dataset. Darker colors represent higher values, while lighter shades reflect lower values. However, you can change the color scheme of your map at any time.
Changing map colors
- Click on the map to select it.
- Expand the Colors tab in the right sidebar.
Under the Values tab, you can modify the data range and the number of heatmap entries.
You can also manually assign separate colors for each entry in your map or group multiple entries by color.
Switching to an Individual or Grouped map
- Expand the Map Properties tab in the right sidebar.
- Switch from Heatmap to Individual (or Grouped) color mode.
The Individual color option will allow you to assign a color to each location separately.
The Grouped color option will allow you to group locations by entering matching names or numbers in the 3rd column of the map's data table.
