After logging in, you will see your Library where all your projects are located. If you belong to a team account (available with our Team and Enterprise plans), you can switch between individual and team accounts to access both libraries. Explore the image and what each category means.
❶ Team switcher: If you're part of a team (the option is available with Team and Enterprise plans), you will be able to open a drop-down menu to switch to a different team account library.
All projects: this is where you can view all the projects in your library. By default, they appear from oldest to newest.
+ New Folder: Click the link to create a new folder. It will automatically be added to the bottom of the list. Learn more in the article about Creating and managing folders.
Trash: The trash folder is where all your deleted projects are being stored 30 days after being deleted from your account library. Learn more in the article about Deleting a project.
❸ Analytics: Find data about how your published content is performing: views, viewer location, embed views, on-screen rate, interaction rate. For more on Analytics, read the article about Engagement Analytics.
❹ Manage teams: Here, you can access your team account settings or purchase a Team plan. For more on editing team settings, read the article about Managing teams.
❺ Create: Click on a template or single chart and map project type to start creating. You can see a selection of free templates and paid ones, which you can unlock with any of our subscriptions. Use the panel on the left to browse through the available template and chart types and to find one that suits your purpose best. Click on colors to filter themes by color! ❻ Filters: Filter project by share status, by title, by creation date, search by keyword and by author (in teams). For more on filtering, lead the article about Using filters.
❼ Account settings: This is a space, where you can create a team or add a team member. You can also access your account settings, to edit your profile, your subscription, to subscribe to a plan, to change your account language and to find our latest product updates.
